About The Museum

Our Mission

The International Museum of Cultures is a unique anthropology museum located in Southwest Dallas County. Our mission at the IMC is to provide opportunities for enhancing the understanding, involvement and appreciation of contemporary world cultures within our local and international communities. We aim to accomplish this mission through interactive programs, educational seminars and numerous exhibits that celebrate the colorful cultures of contemporary peoples from around the world.

  • CLOSED (Tours of ten or more available with a 48 hour pre-schedule)

Private Tours

Private tours require 48hr prior noticed to be scheduled. A minimum of ten people are required to book private tours. Tours of ten or more are available on Saturdays and Sundays. Allow one hour for the tour. To book a docent-guided tour for groups of ten or more people, please call (972) 572-0462. The IMC private, guided-tour fees are:
